Selection was pretty good. I would have like to see more Sertas, but we were still able to find a mattress and it was on sale. The employee working, Eric, was friendly and helpful. Hopefully we won't need to return for a long time but if we do, we would return to mattress firm.

I recently had to change my mattress and once again, the service was top notch—Damien and Eric were super friendly, patient (as I tried every bed in the place!) and oh so kind and helpful. They explained everything thoroughly. Delivery and set up was just as simple as I was told it would be — I received emails as promised and knew exactly when to expect my purchases.
