Great experience with Nicholas today, not pressured at all and given the time to take a nap in store as well while he was taking care of another customer Update - wowowowow!!! We finished the purchase of the bed at 5pm on Monday and it was delivered before noon on Tuesday! Incredible turnaround. Movers were great, process was seamless, and my wife and I spent the longest day at work waiting to have our first night on such an incredible bed!

The Salesman was friendly and attentive. They have a nice clearance promotion and they have a lot of inventory and seems like a good place to shop for a bed and base. Most of the mattresses are pricey and good quality but I seen a few good value mattresses in the little section they have towards the back of the store so make sure to check them out too. Lot's of high and mid level quality mattress available and everything in-between.

Nick was great. Accommodated my needs, including the short amount of time I had available. We looked at 3 or 4 different mattresses at two firmness, and I was out the door with my warranty claim handled 100%, in all of about 30 minutes. The store is a showroom with a number of mattresses available to test, at a variety of price levels, feature levels, and firmness levels. Including foundations, and pillows as well.

I shopped around my living area and online for a queen size and a twin size mattress during memorial day. Finally, I stopped at a Mattress Firm Bensalem. Nick is very polite to come to me. He introduced me great products with full explanation of comfort and how fit to the person when lay down. I had a little concern of the price. But he found a way with great deal for me.
