5 stars for service! I'll update my review once I receive my mattress, but the customer service is amazing so far! It's my first time purchasing a mattress, and I really got to take my time looking, ask detailed questions and get a personalized deal. Update: Still 5 stars! Got my mattress delivered and they hauled away my old one for free! (There was a delivery cost, but the haul away was included, so I consider that free.) My back has never been better, they definitely helped me pick the best one for my needs and budget. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

Baron showed us multiple choices for frames and mattresses explaining the differences between each. Upon purchasing our mattress and frame we were thoroughly walked through proper care, as well as options for protecting our new mattress. The sales associate Baron was very helpful, professional and most of all understanding and knows his job and details quite well. Wide selection and very knowledgeable about the products being sold. I immediately felt at ease once I started talking to him. Made me feel comfortable right away. I had a very great experience there and had confidence in purchasing a mattress/adjustable base, once he explained it all. Made certain I was getting the right fit for my future sleeping needs.

Our sales associate Baron was a sales machine! While we were there, he successfully managed five different customers, keeping each sale moving forward and connecting regularly with each of us. His awareness of us individually was remarkable. His efficient selling and closing of sales was impressive. He was able to connect with us and make us laugh and like him. He was a professional without guile. He displayed emotional intelligence as if he were born with it. I challenged him a bit but he was not thrown off. Home was decisive, flexible and good natured under pressure.
