This is an update to my recent mattress purchase. I have a power base and was concerned about the bulge that forms when the mattress is raised and that remains when the bed is elevated. I called the store because I wasn't sure about whether the bulge might be a defect. They proactively offered to replace the mattress immediately at no charge for delivery, pick-up, or return fee. I told them I would wait a few days to double-check if the bulge disappears when lowered and it does. I called the store again to let them know all is well with the mattress and to particularly compliment them on the exemplary customer service. The sales representative, in particular, went over and above to ensure I am satisfied. The mattress is exceedingly comfortable after two weeks. In fact, it was very comfortable after just 1 night! No break-in time required. It's at a terrific price point as well and I benefited from a July mattress sale. Representative was very knowledgeable and helpful, if a little aggressive. Nothing negative, however. Just doing her job. The local location had exactly the mattress I wanted and it turned out be one of the one’s recommended for me. How perfect is that!
