Ron was very friendly and helpful. I am sure he was maybe a little bit less than excited in that I was taking “advantage” of the 120 day trial to exchange my mattress. (The original one I bought gave me weird back pain.) However he didn’t make me feel bad about it at all and helped me pick something new that will hopefully be a better fit. He also helped set up a great quick delivery!

Finally bought a new mattress yesterday. John was very knowledgeable and helpful. The store was clean and the selection was great. I recommend this store. They offer a price guarantee, so you don’t really have to wait for sale. I’m excited to have my mattress delivered tomorrow!
