I stopped by to look at extra firm mattress for my son who's in a wheelchair. I explained why we needed the firmness, the bed can't sink as he transfers from wheelchair to bed. The salesman was great, found two he thought would work. I brought my son back the next day and we bought one of the mattresses. Great experience. 👍

My wife and I were looking for a new mattress. We wanted to try the purple since it has a lot of great reviews. We went to the store and we were greeted by Mike when we entered and he showed us around. He was very helpful with all of our questions and gave all the ins and outs of every mattress set up. We ultimately ended up buying a purple 2 and we love it. The upmost care and compassion was taken when we were trying to decide on which one to go with. Would definitely buy another mattress there when we outfit other rooms in our new house or even if we have to replace the one we just bought down the road. Wonderful experience!!

Great experience! The gentleman that helped us, Marius, was nothing short of an absolute expert at customer service. His knowledge of the products and services are literally unmatched by any salesman I’ve ever interacted with. I’m not exaggerating when I say, if you want top tier service and salesmanship, go to Mattress Firm in Robinson township and ask for Marius. I can’t speak to the follow-through of the delivery and warranty process as I have not yet received the products, but if it’s 1/3 as amazing as Marius, this company has my business for life!
