Very professional initial interview, identifying our needs and the products that would best address those needs. Prices seemed to be competitive, and sales rep identified several possible discounts. Sales rep demonstrated a strong can-do attitude, and resolved the few significant issues that arose. Very satisfied with the entire process thus far. Five stars!

Michael was incredible! He was the perfect balance of personable, available and attentive while still leaving us space to explore options on our own. He was super knowledgeable about all the products on the floor and provided helpful input that definitely made us feel confident with the choices we ended up making. He was also fantastic with our two kiddos (one of whom is on the wilder side) and never made us feel like they were a burden, which was a nice change from a store we had visited earlier that day. He got our delivery scheduled expeditiously for my husband’s day off, was able to set up payment for us via an email link since the purchase was a gift to us from my mom, who was not present, and he provided reliable and fast financing information. He also called to check in on us along the way just to be sure that we had received the links and to confirm that payment and delivery was a go. All this, and he got us some great deals!
