We were not looking forward to mattress shopping. We figured it would be akin to buying a car. Marcus, although new, is very knowledgeable and helped us find just the right mattress set. No high pressure salesman here. Just down to earth and forthcoming with answers to questions as needed. Looking forward to getting our new mattress set. Would definitely shop at this location again.

My wife and I needed to order some new sheets and we had a hard time finding them online. We had purchased them previously from Mattress Firm in Florence and had a great experience, so we called to see if they could help. Sure enough they did! Lewanda helped us find the right sheets and ordered them for us! She did say someone helped her but unfortunately I cannot remember who that was. She was extremely helpful and we really appreciated the great service she provided!!!

Ms. Lawanda was AWESOME!!! She was so helpful from the time I walked in until I finished my transaction. She educated me on the different types of mattresses and what may be a better fit for me. Even when I had issues with the online application she so sincere and genuine with the apologies (the issue wasn’t even her fault and out of her control). Overall this has been a GREAT EXPERIENCE. Companies need to have more genuine and helpful people like Ms. Lewanda

Ms. Lewanda spent a great deal of time explaining the differences and quality of each different mattress we were interested in.
