Great experience today shopping with Mattress Firm. If you go in to the Bartlett store, be sure to ask for Matthew. He was very knowledgeable but also very patient as we looked at many options. I was looking for a new Queen size mattress for a new platform bed I had just bought after moving into a new house I was renting. Was on a tight budget but wanted to find a quality mattress at a very reasonable price. I had checked out items online but wanted to see what Mattress Firm could offer. Sales person definitely pointed me in the right direction and found a great mattress, their Sleepys brand and a great price and gave me my military discount also.
