We visited the well-stocked showroom that is conveniently located on Germantown Parkway near I-40. Jason immediately greeted us and proceeded to show us the appropriate products that would meet our needs. He asked us pertinent questions and gave us very helpful advice and information, allowing us to try out several beds. He was very matter-of-fact with his features, suggestions, policies and pricing. We quickly (maybe 30 minutes) settled on an excellent solution and he set up delivery in two days - wow! Jason was a great person to deal with, as was the lady there with him. We are certainly pleased at this point and look forward to many years with a fine product! I am sure we could have found a cheaper bed somewhere, but as he pointed out, sleeping 8 hours a day DESERVES a sound investment!

Easiest transaction ever. Sales guy Stephen could read my mind for what I was looking for. I was in/out and delivery setup in 10minutes.(UPDATE) When it came to delivery of mattress, they were just as competent. called me within the 2hr window to give me a 30 minute warning of arrival.Mattress was being delivered to a location other than my house. I asked them if they would just set it up in the room and move some of the furniture around so it would fit, because room was going to be getting new paint. they did as i asked and even texted me a photo. Cannot get better than that!

The sleep expert Katherine was curteous, warm, professional and very knowledgeable about the mattresses she is selling. She also convinced us to buy a mattress cover and pillows which we had not thought of doing . She worked with us to find all the available discounts she could get for us. We are happy with her services.

The best shopping experience I’ve had in a long time. We talked and laughed with the store associates while testing mattresses. Very relaxed atmosphere. So glad they recommended the cooling pillows. Love them!

I went right up to the sales desk and told him I wanted the Tulo 10in Lavendar memory foam mattress, and he ordered something else. That to me is not OK because I asked for what I wanted and all he had to do was ring it up. Update: I was contacted the next day by the salesperson and was informed that it was simply a system error and he was getting it corrected and sending an updated invoice. Thank you Stephen for your stellar customer service.
