We had a wonderful experience with Mattress Firm from start to finish. It started with a phone call with Sandy who was wonderful and gave us all the information we needed. We met Marsha at the store the next day who was very kind considerate and professional. She sold us what we wanted and more which we are very happy with because it adds to a great bed set. The delivery gentlemen were also wonderful. Andre, I think, and his assistant were very cordial and professional. They set everything up just the way we wanted it. We are very happy with this whole experience from start to finish.

I needed a low profile box spring (it goes by another name that I can’t recall) and I was in and out in under 15min!! The lady who helped me was super friendly and knowledgeable. She had it ordered and setup for delivery within minutes! I’d definitely go back for a mattress when it comes time.
