Went in knowing exactly what I wanted, but unfortunately they didn't have the option to order the specific mattress I had in mind. However, they had the same brand with very similar features and it was at a really incredible price. Our salesperson was very friendly, actively listened to what was important for me, and encouraged me to take my time. I eventually went for the one that was closest to what I came in wanting, and ordering it was fast and easy - he went over all the information and pricing thoroughly, answering any questions I had. I highly recommend this Mattress Firm.
