I live out of state and was referred to Jannel by a friend. I wasn’t sure how it was going to work if I bought a bed from someone out of state, but this was super simple. I’ve never spent this much money on a bed before, so I had a million questions. Jannel was very patient with all of my questions and spent a lot of time corresponding with me via email and over the phone. Her professionalism and patience is much appreciated. I can’t wait to get my new bed! and highly recommend this location… ask for Jannel. She’s the best!

The store manager Jannel was very helpful finding me the perfect mattress for my needs. She wasn't pushy at all and was very conscious of my budget and never tried to offer me anything I didn't need. I shopped at North Lamar’s branch of MattressFirm. Jonathan is the name of the staff who helped me with my inquiry. He is very helpful and accommodating of my need and budget. He also put the multiple mattresses back and forth for me to try, never pestering or pushing me to close the deal, but instead allow me the time to try and make up my mind peacefully. He also very accommodating of my move in time, informing me that he cannot decide the delivery hour but he will make a request that the delivery should be in the afternoon. He also went above and beyond by giving me a mattress that is actually outside of my range, he gave me that mattress but discounted it to match my budget because they don’t have the stock for what i want that is within my budget. He just upgraded me to make sure i have a mattress in my new apartment. Totally satisfying buying experience! Really happy customer.

I called the store yesterday and spoke to Jon. And the went in today and was helped by Oliver. Both sales people were so helpful. And just really nice people as well. I made the purchase and feel good about my decision to go there. During difficult times like those we are in nowadays, I really appreciate this kind of service.
