When I arrived I was greeted with a smile and a warm welcome from Lorene. She was extremely helpful and made sure I found the mattress I was looking for. It was an overall delight coming in and working with her on trying to find something that fits my needs. I have neck problems so it was very important that I found something that would help. Mattress Firm experience was top of the line like no other. The lady I felt with from start to finished listened to everything I said and heard me out before even showing me anything. She also respected the fact we were strapped with cash at the time. I feel from the minute I walked into the store I was scared about as a person. Also the delivery crew was spot on. Very polite and kind plus earlier than I was told which helped me get on my day. All in all Mattress Firm is an amazing place I will be back!!!
