Incredible customer service. Gearhart assisted us for our whole journey at the store and even after. We made two trips. I'm not sure if it was because we couldn't make our minds up the first time or if we just wanted to just see him again 😁. Gearhart did not hesitate to answer any of our questions. He was also extremely patient. He even includes our daughter. We came in uncertain and left with extreme comfort. I unfortunately, did not get the other gentleman's name that greeted us when we came back. He was very respectful and kind. I highly recommend this location.

I went into the Mattress firm in Chester VA during the Promotional period for a free adjustable base. The salesman, Gearhart gave me the run down and I ended up making a purchase on the Sleepy's 11 inch hybrid. He wasn't pushy and basically just advised me as I looked around and let me make my own choice, advising me about ones that wouldn't benefit my sleep habits. I chose to get the box spring instead of the adjustable base and he rang it up, no problem. Here I am waiting for my delivery, 2 days out. I remember...the base was free. Free is free. I went back and asked him if I could also get the base. He was way more than professional and accommodating and since the promotion gave me the base free, he adjusted my order as requested and it even still had my original deliver date. I'm pretty sure had it been any other salesman, they would have weaseled out of it, but he honored the deal. And he was nothing but attentive as he helped me. I had spoke with him about a week before I made the purchase and he remembered what mattress we were looking at and helped me out greatly. I don't know about the other Mattress firms, but at least you can get some good customer service at the one here.
