Brittney and the other reps (I didn’t catch their names) were amazing. Extremely knowledgeable and not at all pushy for sales. We felt like we were their friends so quickly. Bought three mattresses there, one a previous year and two recently. Won’t shop anywhere else.

We went into Mattress Firm not expecting to buy anything but wanting to test out a mattress we saw a deal for online. While there, we received excellent customer service from Brittany. She was highly knowledgeable and spent a lot of time with us answering all our questions and figuring out what we needed in a bed. She worked with us on price and gave us a quote that was within our means for everything. We returned a few days later to actually make a purchase and Alec was working that day. Despite already working with another customer and dealing with technical difficulties, Alec was quick to greet us and make sure we were taken care of. He was able to get us an even better price on the quoted items we had in hand and he was willing to stay late to make sure we got what we needed. Both employees were pleasant and easy to approach and interact with. I would recommend this specific Mattress Firm store because their employees were so helpful to us.

John, the store manager, in Gig Harbor was great! He was knowledgeable and no pressure. He answered all our questions honestly. He offered ways to save money. I have to wait for out of stock items so can’t comment now on delivery experience, but the buying experience was great. This is the 3rd time we have been there over the years and will always go there.
