I called to ask about ordering mattresses on a Thursday before Memorial Day weekend. Paul took great care of me! He was able to find great quality mattresses within my price range that were in stock and he was even able to have them delivered on Friday! Paul was very helpful! He normally works in the Pensacola store but happened to be filling in at the Gulf Shores location! Thank you so much for all of your help Paul!

I bought an entire mattress set. Paul sold it to me. I told him there was no way I can get it up the steps by myself and my daughters bed needed to be moved out. Told him that specifically because I can’t do it. First it was late by one or two days then they came and delivered it to to the front door and left it. I was furious with the lack of good customer service between Marcus and Paul. Houston, the manager came in at the last minute and fixed it all. He was wonderful especially after the hell I had caused him. Others don’t do their jobs and the managers have to step in and fix their mistakes and deal with irate customers. Price was good and good mattress. Just to bad the salesmen didn’t kno what they were doing or Paul just plain out lied. Either way bad customer service on their end. Houston saved the day and the sale!

Houston was excellent help in guiding us to the right mattress for our condo. Our housekeeping took our mattress cover so I went in today to purchase another and he looked up our purchase from 5 months ago so I could get the same one. Always courteous and helpful.
