Requiring a good night's sleep presents a ton of questions. What kind of mattress will provide enough support for my back? What kind of pillow should I get for my neck? Should I get an adjustable base? What kind of material will this mattress be made from? What does pricing look like for a mattress that will last me several years effectively? All of these questions were a breeze when I visited Mattress Firm in Rogers, AR off of Pleasant Crossing. I walked in knowing nothing about mattresses except that they tend to lay horizontal while in use. However, Eddie Alonzo, a Sales Expert at the store, promptly put my worries to ease by offering a ton of expertise on what would work best for my slumber needs. He gave me insight based on what kind of sleeper I was, details on the fabrication process of the Mattresses they offer, and even could assess which mattress best fit my needs. A very professional individual who is truly passionate about the services Mattress Firm provides, Eddie set me up with a high quality product that I'm looking forward to using to invest in my sleep health. He was one of the best sales associates I've had the pleasure in meeting and cannot recommend him enough. Will assuredly purchase from Mattress Firm again.

Ryan was very knowledgeable. He really helped us find the best fit for us by listening and understanding our needs. We really appreciated that. He did not make us feel like we were being pressured to buy, nor did he steer us to a product they were pushing to sell. We ended up buying two mattress sets and were very pleased with the whole experience.

Eddie at Mattress Firm was very knowledgeable about the product we went in to buy and another we were deciding between. We appreciated his patience and friendly demeanor. He made sure we knew all of our options and the pros and cons of each choice without any pressure. Very knowledgeable salesman. Confident in his product. Explain the differences between the mattresses and back our decision in the choice we made. Financing was a breeze also. Ran a prequalified app first to see if we qualified so as not to hurt our credit. Ultimately we bought the mattress we wanted and was very pleased with our salesman.
