My wife and I walked in to this location today not knowing what we were looking for, and not knowing what questions to ask when shopping for a new bed. We were greeted by Bret right away, and instead of launching into a bunch of the typical sales pitches and questions, he spent an hour just showing us mattresses and getting to know us. In that time he was able to help guide us through our likes and dislikes until we finally settled on a bed. The whole experience was a pleasant one, at no point did Bret try to pull a hard sell, or pressure us into buying something. He left the decision up to us and was very transparent about everything. Will definitely be recommending this location to others, and will be back for any of our mattress needs.

Walked in looking for new pillows, and Bret was super helpful. He was knowledgeable about all of the different options and super patient as we tired out half a dozen pillows. He made sure we received the promotion that was going on. Will definitely be back next time we need pillows or a mattress!

Miguel (Tempe affiliated) was a great help and very informative. He gave us an overview of what our final price would look like depending on our add ons. Overall, great experience.
