Bret is a fantastic salesperson. He was friendly and engaging and made us feel at home immediately. We tried out a couple different mattresses and he was patient and didn't make us feel pressured or rushed at any point. He helped us find the perfect bed and suggested a low profile box spring to fit our daughter's new bed frame without being too tall. And it was on sale, so we got an amazing mattress for an amazing price. I absolutely recommend this location.

My husband and I needed to buy a new mattress. Ours was about 10 years old. I met my husband after work, where he was already testing some mattresses with the sales associate, Bret. Bret was very knowledgeable, professional and didn’t waste our time. I’ve never purchased a mattress ,or any furniture for that matter, more quickly and efficiently. I always thought mattress stores would be more expensive than your big stores like Bob’s or Living Spaces but the prices were very competitive and their 0% financing is pretty rad too. I highly recommend Mattress Firm in Chandler for your next mattress purchase!

We had a 5 star experience with our sales person Bret. We were looking for a queen mattress for our daughter. Bret listened carefully to our 10 year old as she explained what sort of mattress would best suit her (with a little help from Mom & Dad). Bret then had our daughter try out three different mattresses to see which one she liked the most. Our daughter picked the one she liked and was very happy. Bret accomplished this all while educating us about the mattress, it's material makeup, and the sleep guarantee! We were so impressed with his knowledge and professionalism that we also purchased a new mattress for ourselves. Bret steered us to the best value for our budget. I would highly recommend this location if you are in the market for a new mattress!

Satisfaction guaranteed! Second time within two years purchasing a mattress here. I highly recommend this place. The sales person was very easy to talk to was not a pushy sales person, very knowledgeable about the mattresses. listened to what I was asking for. showed me the different mattresses that fit the description I wanted. Bret was the gentleman I worked with the first time I purchased a mattress and Tom was the second gentleman from today. Was a pleasure to speak to both men who were very respectful, curious, very helpful and kind. The store was nice and clean very orderly and felt comfortable. Easy five star review! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I visited the Mattress Firm location on Emerald Dr. in Tempe three times in a week and was having a hard time deciding the best mattress for my back!
