We were greeted by Zach when we walked in the door. The other 2 employees who were present didn't even acknowledge us. Zach asked questions then assisted us in finding a mattress that we needed. He was able to price match the one we we're initially interested in with the model we tested in the store. We're having it delivered and he set that all up. Explained the 120 nights trial and how that worked. So very pleased with his service!!

Anthony and Stephen were attentive and helpful. Initially Anthony let us lay on the mattress as long as we needed to. They were not at all pushy and were able to get us a great deal on a Purple mattress and base. They were able to explain the features of the mattress and we ultimately ended up with a Matress Firm adjustable base with massage. How can you best 0% interest for 3 years? We are looking forward to a better night's sleep!

Not having an experience with a mattress retailer before, I wasn't sure what to expect. Long story short, I felt like the team was knowledgeable, professional, and not trying to pull the wool over my eyes. Not only did we leave with a great mattress, but I feel we were given every bit of information needed to make the best choice. I'm confident with the assurances, even if our choice doesn't quite fit, the team will make sure we will find the right place to lay our heads on at the end of the day. Not sure if we will buy a mattress again, but we will return here if so.

Today I bought a mattress from the MF in Flagstaff. I was surprised to find great prices that beat my expectations! I was looking to buy a somewhat inexpensive mattress for my guest room that isn't used often. Nathan was my salesperson and helped me every step of the way. He gave me a discount that was unexpected for the price I was already paying. He took the time to show me several models that weren't on display. He took each out as many times as i needed to decide. Nathan also explained the 120 day exchange policy. I was planning on going to other stores today. I was so impressed with Nathan that I decided I would rather give him the sales commission than give it to a big corporation. I bought the mattress on the spot. A big thanks to Nathan, he made my experience a good one. I believe that if you're the kind of person that would leave a complaint, you should also be the kind of person that gives a great review when one is earned. Go see Nathan today!

I worked with Stephen and he was very thorough in making sure I had the right mattress for me. What i thought would have been a 15 minute visit turned into almost 2 hours, but well worth it. Now I finish paying and wait for the mattress to arrive.
