Wonderful service, a delightful older gentleman helped me with my purchase of a bunkie board (thin foundation). I had waited weeks for an Amazon purchase (some random company, not affiliated with Mattress Firm) , only for it not to arrive so I decided to try my local Mattress Firm instead. I’m glad I did, I received prompt and friendly service! This has encouraged me to step back from Amazon and give local businesses around me my first look when shopping. Stephen assisted us and did a fantastic job. We were trying to help a person in need with the purchase of mattress, and he pointed us to the perfect fit for our budget and needs.
