They were great. Really needed a deal for a hospital bed mattress that was adjustable for my Mom. Recovering from a fall and mattress that insurance sent for the rental bed was absolutely horrible. Now she is much more comfortable and hopefully will recuperate better. The customer service was awesome. Discussed the mattress over the phone had it placed on hold and picked it up the next day. This was the first time we had ever been to Mattress Firm. Marchelle made our experience effortless. I applied and for the Mattress Firm credit card before I arrived. We knew what mattress we wanted (Curve Plus), we tried it out and we were in and out in under 45 minutes. That was even with trying several different pillows so we were sure to purchase the right one. Can’t wait to sleep on our new super comfy bed! Michael was great and quickly directed us to what type of mattress we were looking for and gave us the price. This was a back up in case we sent another box mattress back. I called back a few days later and Janet was great with allowing me to purchase online and also with delivery. Overall, a great experience!

I came to the store and expressed my specific needs. A firm queen mattress to be placed in a spare room eventually. I needed it to place on floor while I waited my shipment of household goods from Ohio. She listened and didn't try to oversale me. I was in and out in thirty minutes, 10 of that was validating the purchase with my wife over the phone. Great experience didn't over buy or overpay.
