After having a mattress from Mattress Firm purchased two years ago and feeling it wasn’t holding up to expectations I was pleasantly surprised when the company approved a complete credit to replace the mattress. My experience in the store today was beyond anything I could’ve asked for. The sales person was pleasant, Easy to communicate with, extremely knowledgeable of the products, considerate of my needs and helped me to replace the current mattress setting up all the details making the entire process so smooth. This is refreshing in our current world of chaotic business dealings. Also surprised that the inventory is in the store and I will get the new mattress and two business days.

I’m happy to recommend Mattress Firm. I recently had to make a warranty claim for a mattress I purchased a year ago. I called the store and Kyle was very helpful in explaining the process for making a claim. And although the process wasn’t as smooth one might like, everyone was so responsive and helpful that it made up for the few website snags. The entire process took only a couple of days from start to finish. Mattress Firm stands behind their products. I’ll be a loyal customer.

Julius was such great help! And helped me pick out the best mattress. No stores around me has mattresses in stock/in store and this particular store did and I needed the mattress same day. I was able to get a mattress to my new place within 30 minutes. And bought the mattress for a great price! Ask for Julius with your mattress help!
