The delivery of our Mattress and the service was excellent. The individuals were polite and efficient. However, I may say that perhaps they were too fast since I was not able to view the mattress in entirety once they removed the plastic off the mattress. I was able to view the damaged area on the Mattress however, the service individuals were gone. Another comment is we were never given the paperwork relevant to the survey that was discussed with me with the service manager. Thank you for your time and opportunity to evaluate the service. We actually started the Peoria store where the lovely Jodell referred us to the Surprise store to be able to test what we were after. When we got there, all the sales people were already busy with customers, but Albert took a minute when he realized we had come in to see if we needed anything. He did great at balancing his attention between two customers at the same time. He was knowledgeable in the product and had valuable incites on how to move forward with what we were wanting to do. Two thumbs up to both stores!

We found Matt to be extremely knowledgeable on all the different brands and types of mattresses. He clearly explained the variances between them, making it a very easy for us to choose one. He also explained all the various purchase options, was very patient and did not pressure us in any way. I would definitely recommend Matt and this store. Jessica was the best! Everyone else told me they couldn't help me with my problem, via chat. The automated phone system kept hanging up on me.
