Vincent was wonderful! I spoke with him on the phone before my husband and I went to look and test out a new mattress. He was extremely accommodating and helpful, very funny and personable also! He listened to all my concerns about back issue/pregnant/snoring etc. and set us up with a WONDERFUL new mattress! He showed us the amazing lumbar/massage feature and explained thoroughly how we could have it with any mattress of our choosing, he even gave us a discount on a bundle of sheets/pillows etc. All and all it was a great experience and I recommend El Con Mattress Firm 100%!

Jordan is awesome and I would recommend him to anyone who would like to be treated with kindness and have all of your questions answered. We decided on a Stearns and Foster Estate mattress and are very excited because it is made here in Arizona! We would not have made this election without his choice he also encouraged us to try the adjustable base and we are purchasing one of those as well. Because we received a store credit as an offer I went back in the next week and Jessica helped me find a mattress protector and a serenity sleep bundle. She was thoughtful and helpful. Then tonight I called to make sure everything was running smoothly for our delivery and Joel reviewed everything for me. What a great team at the el con store!!! My husband and I usually buy furniture outright and this will be the first time we have ever financed anything like this, and again Jordan thank you for your hours of teaching us about mattresses, side sleepers, bases, and more! Joyce Ps. We even explained how we take turns turning from side to side and call this bed basting, both Jessica and Jordan laughed and understood what kind of mattress we would need because we are active side sleepers! How awesome! If there were gold medals for bed basting my partner and I would be gold medalist! Lol

We went in thinking we knew exactly what we wanted. Thank goodness we were greeted by Joel, who did such a solid job of showing us why the model we were considering would continue causing the sleeping issues we were trying to negate - by testing the model out and helping understand what’s leading to our current issues. He also took time and care while we tested other models, asked questions that I’m sure he’s answered at least hundreds of times before, and waited patiently nearby while we discussed our options, landing on a bed and platform that left us feeling supported and excited. All while having us laughing throughout the experience. Takeaways: 1. Mattress buying doesn’t have to suck or be intimidating. 2. Don’t fixate on price. This is the preservation of your body we’re talkin’ about.
