Vincent was wonderful! I spoke with him on the phone before my husband and I went to look and test out a new mattress. He was extremely accommodating and helpful, very funny and personable also! He listened to all my concerns about back issue/pregnant/snoring etc. and set us up with a WONDERFUL new mattress! He showed us the amazing lumbar/massage feature and explained thoroughly how we could have it with any mattress of our choosing, he even gave us a discount on a bundle of sheets/pillows etc. All and all it was a great experience and I recommend El Con Mattress Firm 100%!

Every time we’ve been to any of the Mattress Firm locations we’ve had excellent service but Jordan really stood out for us. We never felt as though he was trying to convince or persuade us. He’s very knowledgeable and informative and easy to work with. We were able to make a decision with confidence as a result.

I initially called for information and was very happy with how the conversation went and that I was not pressured to buy! Got lots of good info and decided to visit el con mattress firm…although the person I had spoken to was not there I received great service, again with no pressure to purchase. Decided to buy the mattress I was interested in and it was very easy and they have a guarantee of 120 days. Delivery was the next day with a great crew! Highly recommend this store!!!
