We came in today and our sales Rep Brent was fantastic. Spent all of his time with us narrowing down the exact bed we were looking for at the exact price we had hoped. Was able to effectively communicate and assist with other customers coming in while closing our sale at the same time. Friendly, informative, and helpful. Our experience with Wayne the sales rep was phenomenal. He helped and advised on the right mattress and base and with the right price too. Delivery was hassle free. The mattress and the base are great. We think this is one of the best investments we could make for a good quality night rest. I recommend this store and the sales rep.

Had a great experience at this store. Wayne is very knowledgeable on his products and a gentleman. My wife and I went in looking for an inexpensive mattress topper. Wayne showed us a couple of different mattress options and demonstrated the advantages of the adjustable base. We are now looking forward to receiving our new mattress and base in about a week. I went to Ashley's to buy a mattress they had on sale & a sales rep greeted me & my wife & after showing us 3 mattresses, we had decided on 1 but he said they don't give VA discounts, so we opted to go next door to Mattress Firm & their rep Wayne (Lil Wayne) greeted us warmly & proceeded to show us a variety of mattresses & gave us a demonstration in the benefits of having an adjustable base & Wayne was accommodating, so doggone knowledgeable & he convinced us to buy it & he gave me my VA discount! I will be recommending all my friends to go see Wayne & tell him Ollie & Joye sent you!! Excellent customer service!!

The guy working there was very nice (in the evening on 9/17, can't remember his name ☹️) and answered all my questions! Quickly helped me find a good mattress in my price range, kept me aware of the other offers/deals they had, and informed me of the differences between products without trying to push me to get one specific thing. I'd definitely recommend this place to someone else.
