I went in to Mattress Firm to buy a bed and Michael help find the perfect mattress for me. He was very nice, polite and very informative. Tried out several mattresses until I found the one I really liked. Unfortunately my mattress had to be ordered so I have to wait for about a week and a half however he gave me free delivery and free removal of old mattress for having to wait for my bed which was really nice. My overall experience was awesome

I went just to check out if I could get a low profile box springs for my bed. Shannon was very friendly, very knowledgeable, and showed me my options, and explained everything I needed to know. Great experience! Mike gave us great mattress advice - he was an honest and kind salesman, and patiently let us try each mattress that he thought were a good fit for our needs. We usually don’t like going in store to buy mattresses, after having bad experiences with sleazy salesman just trying to upcharge us.
