Had an absolute amazing experience shopping for a new mattress at this location over the weekend. As soon as we walked in, were greeted by one of the store managers, Everett Washington, who spent almost 4 hours with us; getting to know my partner and me, diagnosing our needs and likes. He asked us all the questions we didn’t even think to take into consideration. He showed us all the beds that seemed to fit our liking and was able to get us a great deal! We were impressed with his knowledge and ability to pinpoint our needs. We highly recommend this store and can’t wait to sleep on our new bed!

Had a really great experience checking out new mattresses at this particular store. We were very lucky to be helped out Everett Washington. My partner and I were looking to upgrade our mattress. We didn’t have the most cohesive necessities for a mattress but Everett knew exactly how to approach our requests. He dedicated a lot of time to us and made sure to give us an experience that was tailored to our needs. Despite our differences, my partner and I were both really happy with the mattress that we landed on. Everett knew all the right questions to ask about our sleeping styles and went out of his way to make sure we selected a mattress that catered towards what we were looking for. He was so thoughtful with his guidance and gave us space to try and weigh out our options. We highly recommend Everett to anyone that is researching/ shopping for a new mattress!

Alina our Sales expert is awesome. She shown us a few selection in the showroom. She take her time explaining the different type of beds, features and qualities. She make it easy for us to choose a best quality bed that fit our budget. We can always get mattress to any store, but sometimes it’s the person helping you makes a big factor for your decision. I am very grateful that we decided to get our mattress today from Mattress Firm in Colma.

Shopping for a mattress here was one of the best sales/customer service experiences I have had in years (and I usually hate shopping and being sold to). Everett is just one of those people that reminds you good service still does exist out there. He spent lots of time with us explaining the different options and what they would mean for our sleep. My partner and I have different sleep needs and this was our first joint purchase of a mattress; Everett helped us find one that would work for us both, on budget, while keeping us relaxed and entertained. He gave us the space we needed to think about the big decision and in the end got us a great deal that we're really happy with. It really felt like a sales experience tailored specifically to us, plus he did it all while balancing multiple other clients in the store. Everett is a total pro and I'd be happy to recommend him to anyone in need of a new mattress.
