My back was at its wits end. Decided to stop by mattress firm to find a better sleeping solution! Feby Is a sales associate that helped me find the best match for me. I really appreciated that her expertise and how She explain the different mattress types of brands. She was also very respectful of my budget and never pushed anything beyond my comfort level. I can’t wait to get my bed! Also, the other associates that was working alongside her was also amazing. They make a great team :-)

Feb, who attended me, is fabulous! She was very patient and understanding with me. Helped me a great deal in choosing the right type of mattress and bedframe for my sciatica problems. Fantastic customer service and service! Feb was very attentive and helpful in helping us to decide for the right kind of mattress in relation to our concerns and interests. I’m so happy that I went to shop at Serramonte; Feb also reassured us regarding the warrantee to the mattress, methods of payment right down to the shipping and handling service and gave us extra information as we toured the store looking into other bed related pillows and accessories. A happy ending couldn’t end better now if only that mattress i bought were here already! 😅🙈 Thank you Serramonte Mattress Firm for the attention you delivered to helping me feel confident about my purchase.
