Good morning, the experience that I had today was exceptional excellent. Leah Ann was outstanding, she knew the business, she knew the mattresses and she was very knowledgeable. She was also kind, understanding and listen to what I had to say. I would buy another mattress from her.

I walked in looking for a new mattress with an open mind and Etienne did an amazing job listening and providing a wealth of information that was both practical and objective. Never did I feel pressured in the sale and were accommodating to me and families needs. Their selection of mattresses available on the showroom floor was great to help compare the various technologies in learning my personal preference(s). The beds/pillows were clean and and the store was orderly. I would highly recommend the Mattress Firm based on my experience thanks to Etienne and Juan!

Mark was extremely helpful and patient with me. I told him I needed a comfortable adjustable bed for my elderly father and he was happy to help. I also had an issue with my card and had to pay almost half in cash. He didn't even make me feel embarrassed when I was scraping in my purse for a bunch of one's. Thanks for being super professional and helpful Mark, I really appreciate that.

Jesse was extremely helpful. I told him we have a spare bedroom that mattress will be only used once a year. He told us to hop online because they have online sales up to 50% off. Found one for $236 reg $436. Ordered in store; will be shipped to my house. He was so nice, and detailed. I will never go anywhere else. This is the 2nd time we use this location at Mattress Firm El Cajon!
