Our first stop was the Grossmont Center Mattress Firm in a hunt for a new XL Twin for my 100-year old mother. Keith at this location greeted us and was extremely pleasant, accommodating and informative regarding our need. He knew exactly what mattress to suggest and made the whole buying experience a pleasure. Brian is awesome! Make sure you ask for him when you go to Mattress Firm to buy your mattress. I guess our timing was perfect. There was no wait and Brian patiently waited on us and explained all of our different mattress needs (we needed 2 queens and one twin XL). In the end, we ended up purchasing with him because of all the great customer service and price. I would definitely recommend this place and we're already planning on returning when our ADU is built and needs furnishings.
