I wanted to share my experience at Mattress Firm today. I needed a mattress for the guest room in our new house. Something that was affordable and would meet the diverse sleep needs of the various guests that we will have. Joe was knowledgeable, honest, and friendly. I’ll make this review quick and easy just like my experience here: My wife and I found the perfect mattress for us in about 30 minutes with the help of Dave. On top of the great Labor Day deal we got and the mattress I can’t WAIT to receive, Dave’s help was very thorough, uplifting, and not pushy whatsoever. As someone who used to work in sales, I felt absolutely no pressure (in part because the zero-gravity setting on our mattress literally took all the pressure off my lower back… but mostly due to the service). I would definitely recommend this store to friends and family.

Very knowledgeable staff. David took all the time we needed to answer all our questions. He made sure we were buying the perfect bed for us. We must have tried 10 different beds 2 or more times to be sure it was right for us. He was a wealth of knowledge about the beds.

I wish we'd come here sooner! Lesson learned, never buy mattress online. We are happy that we decided to go there and get our last mattress. Joe was very knowledgeable and helped us find the right mattress for our needs. Great service, highly recommended if you're shopping for a mattress.
