I was looking for a bunky board for underneath my sons bed. I called 4 other furniture stores in the area. No store had them in stock at their store, we’d either have to drive to a warehouse or wait for delivery during the week. I really wanted my son sleeping in his new bed asap. I found mattress firm with my google maps, not even realizing how close it was to us. I called and spoke with Audrey. She was absolutely amazing. She was so knowledgeable and really felt like I was talking with my friend and we were solving a problem together. They didn’t have stock to pickup at the falcon ridge location, however they could deliver NEXT DAY! I was stoked. Delivery on Sunday and my son would start the week off in his new bed. Highly recommend calling or stopping by the store. If Audrey there, ask for her, cause she is the absolute sweetest. She also reminded me about a mattress protector since I’m potty training my three year old. It felt like working with family. Thanks again for all your help!!

This Is Me

This was honestly such a pleasant experience shopping for a new mattress. I had put off buying a new mattress because I was dreading pushy sales people as I have experienced with the other two local furniture store down the street. My salesman Jim was personable and such a pleasure to work with. I tried out a few beds and I actually didn’t want to get up to leave. The bed was so comfortable and soothing. He even let me walk out without feeling any pressure when I said I would return later on in the afternoon with my husband so he could try out and have the same Tempurpedic experience I had. I was only gone a few minutes after a phone conversation with my husband and he told me if I loved it to just go for it… happy wife happy life. The checkout process was quick and easy as well. I would highly recommend Jim and this Mattress Firm location. It has a large variety of mattress options not just the Tempurpedic. Try one out. You will love it.
