My husband and I had a very good experience at Mattress Firm. Our sleep expert, Richard, educated us on the different types of mattress on the market. At no point were we ever pressured to buy. Richard did get us an amazing deal on a mattress at the company's outlet. So, we now owners of a high-end California King we would not have been able to acquire without Richard's time expertise, and diligence!

William provided me with excellent customer service. He walked me through all of the options tailored to my sleep needs and responded thoroughly to my many questions. He did his best to give me all the details up front so that I felt secure in my purchase. His friendliness made the experience fun. I just had my bed delivered yesterday and I am excited to see the improvements in my overall rest. I’m coming back for that cooling pillow!
