Our sales representative, Rosa, was EXTREMELY friendly and professional. She took her time with my husband and me answering all of our questions, showing us the models we wanted to see, etc. After asking some questions about our sleep habits and needs, she introduced us to additional mattresses that were within our budget. She never pressured or tried to up sell. The mattress we chose fits us like a glove. I know we will be very happy with it. If it wouldn't have been for Rosa, who knows what we would have ended up with. I know we wouldn't have been as happy as we are now.

I was in need for a new bed. I stopped by Mattress Firm on Blackstone near Bullard and a very nice man helped me. William Dean asked what I was looking for and asked sleeping styles questions. He showed me many different types and price points. He is very knowledgeable and helped me pick a great mattress. He was so great, I bought 2 mattresses!

The staff were all working on Sunday before 4th of July holiday, very impressive. They were polite and professional. On top of all that their warehouse was also open allowing us to pick up our new mattress and cover. I highly recommend Mattress Firm

Terrance at the N Blackstone Ave near E Bullard Ave Mattress Firm location is extremely efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve purchased a bed frame, two box springs, two mattresses, two mattress protectors and three sets of sheets from him. Really enjoyed having his expertise help me make decisions. Terrance made a big investment purchase easy and pleasant. He is an asset to the company and a true consummate professional. I sleep like a baby on my new mattress! My back and hips feel fantastic! I’m planning on getting new pillows on the next visit. Sarah was very proactive and accommodating on changing a delivery date for me as well.
