Buying a mattress is like pulling teeth for me. Therefore, I greatly appreciated that Sunny made this process not only easy but interactive and fun. We thought we knew what we wanted but he help us find a better option without imposing his opinions and saved us money in the process. As an interior designer I highly appreciate when I am understood as far as aesthetics are concerned. Sunny helped me find a base that met all our needs. This location is clean (although the restrooms can us some tidying up please) easy access from the main road, and enough parking spaces. It is near to great restaurants if you need a drink and food revamp after the strenuous process of shopping. We got to meet the manager who was down to earth as well and very proud of their great standing with their customer reviews, which I understand by experience. The delivery team was beyond accommodating. Neat and respectful of my home.

John made me aware of the differences between mattresses and answered all of my questions. He was very knowledgeable which I truly appreciated. I never felt rushed or pressured into buying a specific mattress or base. A purchase that I'd been putting off and dreading turned out to be an enjoyable experience.

My husband and I went into mattress firm on blackstone and Nees not knowing at all what we were looking for. Chris helped us narrow down options and was extremely patient and helpful. There were plenty of options in every price range. We are very pleased with our selection and received a discounted memory foam pillow and mattress protector. Highly recommend this place!
