Great mattress purchase experience. I was not looking forward to going through the process of shopping for mattress...but. the staff was very welcoming and friendly, made me feel at ease. Princella (the salesperson who assisted) was Absolutely Amazing. Her product knowledge and outstanding customer service made my purchase easy and enjoyable. No stress, No pressure.

We visited three stores hunting for a new bed. We met Daniel at the Blackstone Mattress Firm store. We enjoyed visiting with Daniel and appreciated his product knowledge, laid back personality and his sense of humor. Mattress Firm had the best deal for us by far, so we returned to make our purchase and saved a bunch. We were well taken care of and recommend this location to others.

As far as mattress stores, this store is not much different from the rest- It's clean and spacious. As far as service goes, both times we visited, we were greeted by Deepika whom clearly knew her stuff, while being receptive and understanding. She gave us the space we needed and had a satisfying answer to every question we had. She even went the extra mile and let us take our time while we were approaching closing time. She was kind, knowledgeable and helped us find exactly what we needed! The bed we bought seems great, the store is nice, but the real star of our experience was Deepika! Thank you so much!
