I have one word for our Mattress Firm experience: WOW! From the moment we crossed the threshold into the store, we were greeted with the utmost professionalism and a very welcoming atmosphere. Our sleep expert was Joey, and let me tell you, he really put the expert in "Sleep Expert." Joey took the time to show us a wide variety of mattresses and gave us the space and time to get a feel for what we liked...and needed. He educated me on the difference between coil numbers in mattresses and was an expert when it came to firmness and sleep styles. He knew what we wanted just by having us answer a few questions, imagine that! That's when I knew we were in the hands of an expert. He respected our budget and really showcased Mattress Firm as the elite supplier of an amazing night's sleep. When I found out he was the manager...I was not surprised. He runs a tight ship and creates a fun, inviting, and safe shopping experience. The store was immaculately clean, and all the employees were just the best. The final touch that Joey added to the already phenomenal shopping experience, he gave us a top tier rundown on everything we purchased in the store that day and all of their policies, he even highlighted his name on the receipt. That really stuck with me. So, Joey and the whole Mattress Firm team, thank you...for doing it right! We will never buy a mattress anywhere else.

I came in for a bed not knowing where to begin. Connie introduced herself and we discussed a myriad of things that would help her to help me find my perfect mattress. I was there for a LONG time. I never felt rushed. I tried a number of mattresses, pillows, bases in different combinations. When we thought I was done she remembered a floor sample sale. Found an even better one than the one I had decided on. With the savings that brought I was able to buy sheets more luxurious than I ever thought I’d have and 2 wonderful pillows. It was very obvious Connie had real knowledge about sleep science and was able to guide me with choices that would help alleviate some of the issues that were not allowing a good restful sleep. She also reminded me that “I’m worth it” when I was having trouble with spending this money on ME THANK YOU CONNIE!!!

Daniel was absolutely amazing!! He stayed late to make sure we got everything we needed and gave us a great deal. He was so patient with us and had phenomenal customer service. He said he was new but the knowledge he had on every single mattress and accessory was impressive. We had an amazing experience buying our new mattress and accessories all thanks to Daniel!

Very pleasant and helpful experience. Sales woman (Connie?) was knowledgeable and very helpful. Fortunately I was her only customer, so she was able to spend much needed time explaining the difference between mattresses and frames. I Am recommending you guys to my family.
