I came here with my boyfriend because my mattress was causing horrible back and hip pain, and wanted to check out some mattresses with the intention of getting a new one if something really good jumped out. Thomas helped us out and he was very informative and a very patient, calming presence. He was not pushy like most salespeople. He showed us different mattresses with different firmness, and shared a lot of helpful information. Conversation with him was also really pleasant and fun. I felt like we were old friends catching up or something. If I ever need to recommend a friend for a place to go to get their mattress, I'd tell them to come here! Getting a new mattress is a huge investment that's actually life changing, and Thomas made this experience easy! Thank you for helping my boyfriend and I pick out a mattress that we both really liked!

Really helpful service from Juan. Didn’t need the hard sell, as we knew what we were looking for (guest room mattress). He did provide good guidance on the type and mattress base. Really like the “Murphy bed” racks in the store to allow you to try out some mattresses.
