I went to buy in low riser box spring for my queen mattress. Jillian was so pleasant and helped me with my purchase and actually suggested what I needed for the support of the mattress instead of a box spring. The item was delivered the next day and on time. During the time I was in the store, she was so nice and friendly that I felt I am talking to a friend. Thank you Jillian, the Bunkie Board worked perfectly.
