I had a great experience in the store. I felt comfortable enough to take my time, to choose the right bed for me. I upgraded from a queen to a king sized bed and bought an adjustable base. I am so excited to have me new bed, including two pillows and a mattress protector, delivered this Saturday! They are also going to remove my old, tired set. Thank you Angel! He was very helpful and patient. On a side note, the whole store was very clean, including the restroom.

We just went to this store, desperate to find a mattress for a very ill family member. We got there just at closing time and the associate, Angel, happily let us in and offered to help us anyway. We explained the situation we were in and Angel was super patient and kind. He answered all of our questions and worked up many different options. He never got frustrated and was extremely friendly. He made a very stressful situation so much easier for us. We are Mattress Firm customers for life and we want everyone to know how amazing Angel is.

Went in store for an old fashion Queen size bed frame, when I explained that I wanted a frame with wheels the sales lady stated that the new ones didn’t have wheels any longer. When she saw my disappointment she pivoted and offered a slightly used “floor model” that had wheeels. I gladly accepted and have already installed it at my house. Very happy and your company is very lucky to have such an excellent representative working on your behalf at the Rocklin store Thanks again!

Actually bought a pillow top mattress at Madison Ave Store back in May. HATE IT! Like sleeping on a rack. Have been dealing with Angel to replace it. The waterproof mattress cover we bought is not waterproof. So had to have some cleaning done by Pure Care. This has been dragging on for more than a month. Hopefully it will be resolved this week. And replacing with a Purple mattress. Eventually we want to get back to our waterbed that we have had since 1973.
