Went to Mattress Firm Natomas and was greeted by Les. He was friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly not pushy or upselling me. I explained I needed 3 new adjustable beds and specifically one for my elderly father who just had spine surgery and would be coming home the next day. Les made great recommendations to narrow down my choices and would fit my family's needs. The transaction was quick and pleasant. The beds were delivered the next day and it turns out the bed for my dad was perfect for him! Delivery and set up was a breeze and we all slept happily ever after. I would definitely recommend anyone to go see Les at Mattress Firm Natomas for your mattress needs!

Wonderful experience! My guy Tom helped me through the entire process. I came in, told Tom which mattress I had been researching; Tom brought me over to the exact mattress to test out and provide me details. During the financial process, I was approved for an amount that was under the total cost. I felt defeated at first, but Tom made a call, got me approved for a higher amount that covered the entire cost. Friendly environment and honest customer service. 5 stars!
