Had a great in store experience. The sales agent Albert was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about mattresses and how to get a good nights sleep. He gave me personalized recommendations for all the issues I’ve been having while I sleep. I tested out the mattress that Albert recommended and I honestly could have drifted to sleep for hours. I believe we found the best mattress for me and I can’t wait to improve my sleep and my life as a result!

We had a great experience with Mattress Firm from start to finish. Alexis, the salesman who helped us in the Watsonville CA store was very knowledgeable about each type of mattress and was very attentive what we were looking for. He didn't rush us or make us feel pushed to make a decision for any particular mattress. He was kind and efficient. Our mattress and base were delivered the following day to our home and the delivery men were very kind and efficient, initially asking which room we wanted the bed to be delivered to, then setting it up and showing us how to use the adjustable base. They took all the packing materials with them and it was done within 15 minutes Great service all around. Thank you Mattress Firm.
