Everybody at the mattress firm was really sweet even the people that weren’t helping us they genuinely care about their jobs and getting you into the right bed Mr.Curtis 👨🏾‍🦳❤️helped us out I absolutely loved him he was so sweet and it was very clear he loved his family because he took his personal experiences and his family into work with him which is good because that makes for a positive environment he helped us get a very nice bed that I’m very excited to come this Saturday with some very nice pillows to go with it that you can’t find a regular Walmart lol I Would strongly suggest this mattress firm to anybody looking for a nice bed

The best customer service and experience we have ever had in a mattress store! Cole educated us about the value of sleep and the health benefits for different types of mattresses. He gave us a tour of a variety of styles and firmness levels, and ultimately helped us find the perfect one with a budget-friendly price. Also, every single one of the representatives were enjoyable to converse with and they had a wealth of knowledge. Overall, great experience at the Aurora Abilene location!

Sales rep Hanna was great!! She was very knowledgeable and kind, assisted us in choosing the right bed within our budget as I was there with my old parents trying to purchase a bed for my 81 year old father. Pleasant experience and delivery was fast!!!
