Amazing experience, gave us so much time and attention that was much needed as we were totally lost on what we needed/wanted. He was very real with us, saved us a lot and ultimately helped us get what we wanted and needed. He even stayed late/past closing to help us finalize everything. I feel great after leaving there! I did not expect to find the bed we wanted tonight but he was thorough, it was easy.

Husband and I were first time mattress shopping. We went into this location hoping to find which type of mattress we’d like best compared to what we already had. Michael greeted us upon entry, listened to our wants/concerns, and took us around to multiple beds until we found the perfect one. He was very professional and friendly. Highly recommend!

Ed was fantastic!! I recently bought a bed and got a free adjustable base and for whatever reason the base decided to break so he walked me through it on the phone and send pictures and he did tell me it was broken. So it being the great customer service guy he is made sure I got a box spring and a frame and only have to pay a slight difference and will be set up for delivery for this weekend. Thank goodness for spare rooms that have frames and box springs or I would have been sure sleeping on the floor. You can tell that Ed loves what he does because he really today was a stellar Superstar! Good job Ed!
