Had a very enjoyable experience this evening. Getting a new bed for the guest bedroom. Now mind you, the guest in question is my mother-in-law! Austin was so helpful… a little too helpful in regards to making MIL all comfy. We reached a compromise that will make MIL happy, but not TOO happy. Great customer interaction.
