Great customer service. They showed me the models that's suited my comfort level and price point. They were smart and educated me in what were the best options and differences between all products. The only down side was that there was a limited selection with the floor models compared to the online options from the website. Would still recommend you go in person to see what they have.

Always have had a good experience at this location. I didn't want to be there for hours and Caleb got me what I wanted and I was in and out in less than 40 mins. Only thing that could be better is the mattress delivery schedule. Since you can't chose the time frame and the time frame is from 9am-8pm, I had to schedule on my only day off and wait 5 days for my new mattress.
