I was more than pleased with Chris and his friendly honest service at Mattress Firm in Parker, CO. The best part of the experience was that he wasn’t trying to sell me anything. He listened to my wants and needs and pointed me in the right direction with several great options. I felt like I was talking with a friend the entire time. Great customer service while I was picking up a mattress. The rep asked good questions and didn’t try to oversell/upsell me at every chance. While the more costly items were presented, the was no manipulation or hard sell that I noticed. Nice range of mattresses to try out. 120 day try out period on the mattress and price matching. As a bonus, delivery was free!

Vince, our sleep expert was very knowledgeable about all the mattresses in the store. He was incredibly professional and helpful and explained to us what each mattress we were interested in was good for such as side sleepers or back sleepers, pressure points and durability. I commend him as we took up much of his time but he was never impatient and answered all our questions without hesitation. I highly recommend Vince as a terrific sleep expert!

James was awesome and very helpful. He spent time with me and my husband who just had back surgery. James went slowly so that we could experience the best mattress for us. We will be going back for the split king and motorized beefcake. I highly recommend this location.
