My wife injured her back and was looking for a new mattress to help in recovery. We went to Mattress Firm and spoke with Vince and the experience couldn't have been better. Vince was very knowledgeable about the products and features and also related his experiences with the products. He made an excellent recommendation and we were set up with the product and delivery in little over an hour. Admittedly, this was not the least expensive purchase I've ever made for a bed but, I will say that I think it's probably far and away the best. Bottom line is my wife is happy and so I'm happy.

Vince, our sleep expert was very knowledgeable about all the mattresses in the store. He was incredibly professional and helpful and explained to us what each mattress we were interested in was good for such as side sleepers or back sleepers, pressure points and durability. I commend him as we took up much of his time but he was never impatient and answered all our questions without hesitation. I highly recommend Vince as a terrific sleep expert!

James was awesome and very helpful. He spent time with me and my husband who just had back surgery. James went slowly so that we could experience the best mattress for us. We will be going back for the split king and motorized beefcake. I highly recommend this location.

I was very impressed with Chris and Vince and their friendly honest service at Mattress Firm in Parker, CO. The best part of the experience was that they were not trying to sell me anything. They listened to want I needed for my 94 year old mother and made several suggestions that would meet my mothers' needs. I felt their caring as they would do for their grandmother. They touched my heart with their genuine kindness and compassion. I would recommend this store and Chris and Vince to anyone wanting to purchase a mattress.
