The associate, Courtney was awesome. My Amazon order got messed up. I was heading home tomorrow with no mattress for my condo. I called Mattress Firm,spoke with Courtney. Within an hour,I had 3 mattress and frames. Picked them up and are in my condo. This was a fantastic experience, appreciate all the help

Mattress Firm , Fenwick. Sales woman Rachel was very knowledgeable and patient. .Told her what we were looking for and price range . She led us right to bed choices . We found our mattress , took about 45 minutes total time . Rachel was not a high pressure sales person , which I really liked ❤️ Stop by and buy your bed , make sure Rachel is present .
