Excellent customer service! I was greeted at the door by Leonardo who was super friendly, professional, and courteous. He was very patient as I tested out different mattresses and asked many questions which, by the way, he had all the answers to because he is extremely knowledgeable about his products. Then I was offered a comfortable seat and a nice cold bottle of water while we discussed the best affordable options for me. In the end I got a genuinely great deal from a genuine person wasn't there to "sell" me a bed but rather to make sure I was not only satisfied but truly happy with my purchase. So if you're in the market for a new bed, go see Leonardo and he'll take excellent care of you!

Amazing. The knowledge of the staff was just the best. Took me to many options of bed choices. Listened to my wants and needs. Ultimately got me a great deal on the best bed package for me. The person that waited on me at mattress firm was Leonardo. He is probably the reason that I made the purchase today and also why I will tell my friends that I recommend that they stop there when they are in need of a new mattress. He was very professional and patient. He answered all my questions and showed me different mattresses in different price ranges as he explained everything in a way that I never once felt pressured on what to buy. I believe that he went out of his way to make sure that my purchase was going to be something that I was going to be happy with and he did it all with a smile. He is definitely an asset to your company.

Our experience with Elaine at Mattress Firm in Fort Myers was fabulous. The quality of the products can be purchased at most any quality shop.
