The sale person was very helpful and knowledgeable of all the mattresses. Most important to me, she (Charlee) listened to what I was in the market for and showed me those models. Generally, I will not purchase at the first place I visit, however, today I did. I highly recommend this Mattress Firm location.

Our salesman was extraordinary. We walked in told him our needs and price range and he was able to show us 3 mattress’s. We ended up finding one that best suits us without having the pressure of buying a more expensive one. We also bought 2 pillows and a mattress protector as well which was our wishes; again no pressure on upselling. This was one of the best experiences of customer service I’ve had. Awesome job!

Had a great experience finding a replacement pillow today. I’m very picky about the firmness but Jeremy worked with me and I think I have what I want. Tonight will tell. Super nice people at this store. No pressure and they truly want to help you find what YOU want. I plan to shop there again.
