Sales representative was professional; knowledgeable,polite, patient, also easy on the eyes. The mattress was firm and comfortable at a afford price. I should have my Beauty Rest extra firm mattress delivered this week. So looking forward to my delivery. Kyle was the sales rep on the floor. He seemed to be very knowledgeable and I asked how long he had been with the company. He said 15 years and later on shared that he had work in the warehouse, delivery, etc. before becoming a salesman. He astutely and quickly ascertained that we were serious buyers only needed complete honest information. And,that a "hard sell" would likely lose the customer. He fulfilled my needs and wants AND closed the deal. Kyle IS a credit to your organization. I'm sincerely looking forward to many nights of good sleeping 😴

Customer service is something I feel has declined over the years in most of the services I use but my feeling about that was restored after my experience with Kyle at Mattress Firm. I came in with an urgent need for a bed frame for my injured daughter and Kyle treated my situation like it was just as important to him as it was to me. Due to that, I was able to provide the much needed bed frame for my daughter before the day was over.
